Little Revolution Artists was founded in 2020 during the early days of the COVID pandemic by 15 year veteran agent Gregg Little. The Revolution started with a little simple idea: work with a small group of artists, directly or through their management to build careers for the long haul. The plan was straightforward: create demand early by selling out the smallest rooms possible, use that to entice support slots on bigger tours, scale into the next proper venue for the artist, and the festivals will follow. Working alongside longtime colleague Dell Ressl (now at AEG), LRA and the artists on the roster sold out over 200 shows and played hundreds of festivals. By 2023, the roster had grown to roughly 50 artists, and the territory had expanded from North America to clubs, theaters, and arenas worldwide. The Revolution was not so little.

Then, on Christmas Eve 2023, Gregg had a serious snowboarding accident on Mt. Bachelor in Oregon. The recovery kept him off his feet for six months, and the climb back to full speed took over ten months. During that stretch, the dedicated communication with bands and management that LRA prided itself on became unattainable, and many artists were encouraged to or migrated to other agencies to keep their momentum going. A dedicated group of dear artists stayed for the ride and have grown exponentially via major support slots, major festivals, and sold out shows over the last year.

At the end of 2025, Martin Earley came aboard as agent and the Revolution geared back up. In 2026, the agency is back growing across the board, energized about the current roster and what comes next for every artist on it. The goal of the Revolution remains the same: keep the Revolution little on the artist front while those artists grow into major voices for the Revolution.
